WHAT IS MANAGEMENT?

Management is all about a process of establishing a mission for the organization.

Management process have 4 steps.

First of all is  planning.
Planning is to setting the mission and goals and defining the actions necessary to achieve them.

Next is organizing.
Organizing is the process of determining the tasks to be done, who will do them, and how those tasks will be managed and coordinated.

Other than that is leading.
Leading is how to motivating and directing the menbers of the organization so thaht they contribute to the achievement of the mission and goals of the organization.

Last one is controlling.
Controlling is monitoring the performance of the organization, identifying deviation between planned and actual results, and taking corrective action when necessary.
